Welcome to use <\/span>JIAN ONE<\/span> power bank service! Before use, please carefully read and agree to this user agreement. By using our power bank service, you fully understand and accept all the terms of this agreement.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

1、 <\/font>Service Content<\/font><\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

We provide rental services for power banks to meet your charging needs for mobile devices. The service covers the borrowing, returning, and related technical support of power banks.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

2. The service is implemented through official applications (APPs) or other designated channels. You need to download and install the APP, complete registration and login, and then use the power bank service.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

3. We may adjust the service content, scope, methods, etc. based on the actual operational situation, and will notify you in an appropriate manner before the adjustment.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

2、 <\/font>Account and usage<\/font><\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

1. Account registration: You need to use a mobile phone number or other supported third-party account to register. When registering, you should provide real, accurate, and complete personal information, and update any changes in a timely manner. Any losses caused by inaccurate information or failure to update in a timely manner shall be borne by you.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

3. Deposit instructions: Some power banks may require a deposit. If the power bank is returned without damage or overdue, the deposit will be refunded according to the original payment path. 7、 <\/font>Limitation and Disclaimer of Liability<\/font><\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

We are not responsible for service interruption, delay, data loss or other losses caused by unforeseeable and unavoidable reasons such as force majeure, third-party behavior, technical failures, etc.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

2. We only provide rental services for power banks. We are not responsible for any problems that may occur with your mobile device during the use of the power bank, but we will do our best to provide assistance.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

8、 <\/font>Agreement amendment and termination<\/font><\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

We have the right to modify this agreement based on changes in laws and regulations, business adjustments, etc. The modified content will be published on the APP.
